I can't get the iPhone X to work with Osmo Mobile.  Whenever I turn it on the green light never turns solid.  It flashes green and eventually shuts down when the iPhone X is mounted.Bluetooth connects fine and i can trigger the video and take photos.  Does it think the iPhone X is overloaded? Yes, I took the case off when I mounted it.

Osmo Mobile firmware: 1.6.0.80
iPhone X: 256GB Space Gray iOS 11.2.1

If I swap out and use an 128Gb iPhone 7 iOS 11.2.1(Jet Black), it works fine.  Green light gets solid after powering it up and acts as expected.

I need the Osmo Mobile to work on the iPhone X.  Using the iPhone 7 was a test and is NOT a solution.  What am I doing wrong?

I am experiencing the same issue. I am sure a software update can solve this issue, though I wonder if their app team is actually looking into this... This issue seriously needs to be prioritised.
