i tot that they already send you back a replacement..that's really quite sometime they are holding at......

It has been more than a month since I emailed the China address for the replacement drone to be sent to. I have sent follow up emails but get no reply from DJI.   Perhaps you can ask them did they take a long vacation and forget about my replacement drone?

Sorry for the late response due to the holiday. This has been forwarded to the designated team for investigation. I'll help you get an update asap.

It can get cold and sometimes I am flying at below zero and the Drone is probably flying at -10c and you can add in the wind chill factor as well.
