Hi. Not sure how you're connected after getting the update message.
When you get the message on your smartdevice, attach the device directly to the craft using the cable provided. Note that the craft must already be powered up for the device to recognise the connection when the cable is plugged in - this has caught me out before.

You are right and the RC should remain on while the update is in progress, as I remember?
No, I don't believe it does, Vendex. The smart device is directly connected to the craft (and using it's wifi connection to download the update), so the controller doesn't have a part to play. At least, that's how I recall it... ;-)
I'm connected directly to the aircraft. And connected to the wifi. Still stock in zero. Just want to know how they update it in DJi Assistant. Do I need to click something?
Hi Josephayay, please connect the drone to the DJI Assistant 2, then refresh the firmware. Please also reinstall the APP, the connect the drone to the APP, see if it works.

Already did that for how many times. Still, nothing happens.
