So first Yesterday I updated my Go app and is still saying 4.1.20 -

Today when I connect OTG cable (I know is not supported) it gives me image transmission weak error. My hot keys are set to none and my max height to 50 and max distance to 100. In about, under Remote Control firmware says Version Unknown.

Basically DJI is making me to use WiFi even if I don’t want it or the can’t figure out what is wrong with OTG do they say we don’t support it. Because I see no business gain but not allowing us to use OTG.

Oh and when flying with I OTG the speed was terrible but when I discovered and turned on WiFi, bam normal speed came back.

So what to do? Just stick to WiFi??? And forget OTG

Not updating could have done the trick.
The issue, that it looks like DJI wanna get rid off the OTG using with Spark, is not really new.
But it really seems, people have followed the internet about 'using a secret thing', but ignored the internet for 'don't upgrade, right now, if you still wanna use the secret thing'!

I am thinking more and more, to get more informations about options:
Litchi, Autopilot, hacked apps/firmware
But as long I still can use .701 and 4.1.14/15, I am not in a hurry
It all depends on the next steps of DJI, methinks!

Hi, Fillp. Our engineers are still working on the OTG cable and please use wifi connection instead before OTG is fully tested. Thanks for your support.

Hi DJI Elektra? May I ask what is the issue with the OTG cable? I love my spark but wifi is insanely laggy...OTG never gave me a problem. I can inderstand that because the cable doesn't have an identifier chip that Apple won't support it. But you have created some awesome drones and you obviously employ very inteligent engineers....So could you elaborate on why DJI is so against using OTG please when so many of your customers prefer it? Kind regards.
