Curious how are you so informed about what is reported?  OR are you the one doing the reporting?

You do know that one person's troll is another's sycophant...and OFF TOPIC that happens on nearly every thread every day, while the mods will from time to time stop it or shut it down it is usually only when they deem it or someone complains.  Spam is spam wherever you go, but some folks that are new do tend to make mistakes too, I've had it happen to me where I double posted by accident.
