Since I updated to the .500 version again in July 2017 I noticed a problem with the drone (I had already talked about it).

it does not fly straight.
if I press the lever forward (joystick right) after 30/50 meters the drone moves to the left by at least 5-7 meters, the thing is much more visible in sport mode.


What do you advise me to do?

I've already tried:
RC calibration
IMU Calibration

How can I prove to DJI that this is not a pilot error?

Change your props?  Or at least swap them from the current positions.  If it hovers centered so there is no evidence of sideways input from the cyclic stick, I figure it is something up with your drone.  Rudder problems?  Does it have the same sideways drift when flying straight back?  Does it have the same sideways drift with half forward or 1/3 forward on the stick (grass or dirt in the stick's gimbal cage)?

May I ask to which .500 version you are referring? The firmware? If yes, I would first of all recommend to bring your firmware up to date, we are at .900 right now. Once you have updated, I would recommend to make a screen recording of this particular problem should it still persist and to make it available to DJI.

Hi, Lian. Please try to update the firmware to the latest one and try to fly in another place without interference. I would recommend you provide us a video about this situation.
