Hi, My Pixel 2 picks up the Osmo mobile bluetooth signal but doesn't connect. It sits on "connecting" but never actually connects. Any help please?

Hi Robert, may I know the Bluetooth version of your Pixel 2? Is it V4.0 and above?
Did you close the Bluetooth of other devices when you connect to Osmo Mobile?
Did you connect the Bluetooth in Bluetooth Settings or DJI Go APP? We recommend the second way.
Please try to remove the Osmo Mobile Bluetooth in Bluetooth Settings and connect to it in DJI Go APP again, thank you.

It's a bluetooth 5.0 device, and I can also confirm that the app is definitely broken for pairing.  This is the flagship Android device; you should consider including it in your UAT tests.

I can confirm, as well, that DJI GO app seems to not work with the Pixel 2 XL.  The app just hangs in the device connecting stage.  Honestly, if you can't make an app run with stock Android on Google's Pixels then what kind of app are you making?!

I'm having the exact same issue. Is there a fix yet for this?????

Can you please try my post in 2# and let us know if the issue persists?
Any chance to try another mobile phone to make a brief troubleshooting? You must make sure there is no other Bluetooth is turning on when you connect to Osmo Mobile 2.

I have a Pixel 2 and the app won't even open. I've tried post #2 and no luck.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. If may I ask what is your app version? did you manage to un-install and re-install the app? please provide as well the Android version of your phone.

Same issue her. Pixel 2 standard size. Bluetooth fails to connect with the Osmo mobile 2. What's the fix?

Same issue. Works fine on my Asus Z8 tablet. Come on DJI, fix this.
