I'm not sure what happened, but I went to turn my Osmo on and it won't let me connect to WiFI. The indicator light is solid red and I can't remember if it was green before. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have no way of getting into the system to update or troubleshoot anything.

Hello Sir, solid red on the right indicator means non-DJI battery.
It seems poor communication between the battery and the handle, please try to wipe the copper sheet inside the battery compartment with 95% alcohol and cotton swab. Let the alcohol air dry. If it does not work, wipe the battery contact with alcohol and cotton swab.
