Same here. Just bought a new Osmo Mobile (first DJI product). Downloaded the DJI GO app for my new iPhone X. First it didn't allow me to create a new account via the app because the first two things it asks for are you email address and a verification code... WHAT VERIFICATION CODE? I CAN'T EVEN CONTINUE REGISTERING! So I go to the website and go to create my account there. I did. Got a verification email, clicked it, now I'm registered. Back to the app. Click as existing user this time. Enter email, enter password..... long wait...... long wait......... more waiting.... just to get a message saying "Sign in Failed. Check your network connection. There is nothing wrong with my network connection.
Returning the osmo tomorrow morning. How can I use a product who's great fault is the software which allows me to interact with it. I can't even test out the product, nothing, because of an app.
