I am having a hard time understand how you could have such issues? Why does the app have to be connected to your servers to function? If you are having problems this often, then at least give us an indicator light on the website when its down and when its up and running. One thing DJI needs to realize is that a lot of people purchase drones for business purposes. I was trying to get it to work for 2-3 hours until I came across this thread. What a terrible first impression. I am a software engineer myself, if you guys need help with your system I would be more than glad to take a look at it for you, but this is not an acceptable issue to have on a brink of 2018 I mean we are doing surgery remotely, this is a drone operating system, no excuses what so ever. Please, lets come up with a solution! |
