Can anyone help I have always used my iPhone whilst flying but want to start using my iPad now. I downloaded the app with no problem but when I tried to set up
my email address it says Registration Failed This email address has already been registered.l would like to be able to use both devices to fly. Will l have to set up
another email address for the iPad or is there a way to have the same on both.

I have mine on both iPad and iPhone. When you download to phone the don’t register it just sign in.

Using iPad Air here and no issues. You should be able to log in no problems

I use both IPad and my Galaxy phone, both work great

You don't have to register twice, you just login to the new app. Perhaps if you showed us a screen movie or screen grabs of the interface you are working with we could better help you understand what's going wrong.
