I got a Spark as a Christmas gift.
Charged the battery and did all the necessary steps- updated to the newest firmware as instructed by DJI support.
No luck for my brand new Spark, I was very excited to have the DJI product but now dont know what to do with this Spark.
Not sure about the exchange policy in Bestbuy Canada- it says unopened box only.
Hope DJI can help me with this issue so I can have atleast a good new year to come!!! |
