Not sure if I need to do something different but when I use my osmo and just swivel on a chair from right to left or left to right a couple of times the OSMO is not returning to it's original home position - it's often drifted left or right by a few degrees. I've done the automatic calibration twice but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
Is there somethign else I need to do to enable better accuracy?
This also happens when I hold the trigger down to lock onto a subject - after moving around a bit the OSMO appears to give up tracking the original object.
Wondering if I have a faulty unit?
Could I please get a response to this from DJI? I'm seriously considering returning the OSMO because of this and I only have a limited time window for the return.
Our repair team will definitely take care of it, please post the case number here if you need any assistance during the repair process, we will do our best to assist.
Thank you - I have my unit back now and the gimbal has been replaced with a new unit - I will test it properly over the next few days but initial thoughts are that it seems to have fixed the problem

What about the rest of us who have Osmo gimbal drifting problems?

Yes the new gimbal seems to have fixed it, though after a considerable amount of us there is still a little drift. I notice that you have to leave the osmo to settle back to the home position at er a period of use
