My firmware updates went ok everything checks fine exept that im not geting video uplink ( No Signal ). Some time I will get it for a few seconds rarley for a few minutes then it drops out. Every other aspect of the camera/gimball works fine I can take pictures and videos but I just cant see the live uplink. Anybody had similar issues? I had no problems before so Im not incline to think that is a hardware issue.

I have had 70 flights with my Inspire without any problems. Now after some flights with the new software I got the same issue as you - not as bad as you. I can fly whole batteries without loosing the video signal  but suddenly i use the signal and get No connection warning - everything is working fine - but no signal - it comes back after a while.
I am on iPhone 6 plus. It is a bit annoying but as I still have control and it s not so often I can live with it for the moment. Maybe somebody will have a solution ?

Since I wrote this I have been flying 10 flights without issue - fingers crossed
Just cleaned Gimbal contakts

I have the same problem but mine occurred during the firmware update.  The update failed for that portion and I no longer have any video being transmitted to the tablet.  Waiting on DJI to get back to me.

Please let me know what is the answer from DJI. I will try to contact them also, I just hope I wont have to send the I1 to them.

Same issues.  Having a lot of issues with the new software.  We are grounded.  

The pits...same here. Now I get no video when using my Samsung Galaxy 4 Tab that worked fine before. Now I must use a cell phone.  Hope this gets fixed soon.

I am using the note 3 witch is a supported device, there should be no problem.

I've cleaned the contacts, I've checked everything uninstalled the app, re-installed and no luck. It seems wired that i can control every aspect of the camera but not get the video down-link. Something went wrong with the update although I got the successful files on both the bird and controller. Looks like I will have to try the DJI support and see where it gets me since there are not so many similar cases like mine.

I met a problem during upgrade of my inspire 1 with the new firmware 1.2.1.
When I done the aircraft upgrade, after 5 or 6 min, aircraft, beep D--DD. Normaly, that mean, the upgrade is sucessfull.
But when I read the txt file into SD card, it's just write "upgrading" but not "sucess".

But I continue, and i upgrade the 2 RC. No problem, txt file "sucess".
I upgrade too the dji App.

But now, my problem is when I turn on the aircraft and RC, on DJI App, it's write I have a problem with firmware and i had to do the aircraft upgrade.
I tried severals times to upgrade, but it don't want anymore.
In more, I can't see video picture. When camera is plug on inspire 1, it write "no signal" on app dji. When camera unplug all feel good, but without camera.

Was anybody able to fix this problem without having to send the Inspire back for service?

The only way I was able to fix my NO Signal ( video feed) problem was to replace my camera/gimbal unit. Note that in my case I was able to control every aspect of the camera and gimbal except to receive a video feed back to my device.
Hope this helps somebody.
