Whist updating my H3-3D I accidently pulled the usb out of my computer... The gimbal has power to my gopro but is now limp, the software says there is no firmware and the licence sn is no longer there.
How do I get the licence serial number back or a new one to get it working.


The gimbal is a standalone version not Phantom mounted.

write a E-Mail or call DJI customer support.

Thankyou I have emailed the store I bought it from. I think I will email DJI for their support as well.
