Hi Blue Star, if you mean DJI Go Editor, the text can be added, please check the screenshot below:

There are 3rd party tools you can use here.
I personally use a tool called Blurbiz to Add Subtitles. https://www.blurbiz.io/subtitles


You can easily change the color, size and font style. hope that helps.

if you are doing heavy editing I suggest Adobe Premiere.  https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere
