For Hobby Article 35 is interessting part . So normaly yes, but on point 7 they said "Model aircraft operating over public areas shall not have installed any device/system which
enables it to be used for specialised operation" - and if you search about specialised operations you will see they mean Video Equipment.

So normaly yes, but with Camera it seems to be no.

You are lucky, Canazei is out of forbidden fly zones in Italy. You have to consider some basic rules to fly for hobby: fly out urban center, don't fly over group of persons, stay at reasonable distance from buildings, structure etc. Max height 70m, max distance 200m and always with drone in sight (VLOS).
No problem with onboard camera, respesct other people privacy as you do with smartphone, cam and other device that can make photo/video. Enjoy and fly responsably!
