I researched about my situation. But I can't find a similar problem.

I just received my P4P from DJI Service Center for replacing the Main Controller and Landing Module.

PROBLEM:
1) P4P+ RC is blinking RED and GREEN.
2) "NO SIGNAL" warning on the upper left corner of the LCD.
3) NO camera visual. I only see "gradient black to gray" on the LCD (exactly when your RC is not connected to the aircraft).
4) I can control the aircraft: fly, pan the gimbal up and down... just no visual.
5) I can even take photos... just no visual. But I did not try video recording.

Is this product defect?

Or is this something I can resolve by following some steps from the APP?

Hi there, it seems that the RC has not been updated to the latest firmware. Please refer the below and try to update the P4P+ RC successfully and then link RC to see the status.

worked perfect... thanks susan...

and as soon as the RC is updated... I did not need to re-link...

visual went live
no more blinking red/green
no more NO SIGNAL warning
