Good morning. i have a brand new Phantom Vision 2 plus V3.0.  In my second flight I forgot to remove the gimbal clamp before turn it on.  I got the PLEASE REMOVE THE GIMBAL CLAMP warning message on my phone. After exactly 1 minute, I switched it off to remove the clamp and everything came normal.  I flew for 8 minutes without any problem after that. My question is, do you think my gimbal got any permanent damage? This problem happened only once. According some information on internet, motors could be burn it up

Probably not, I've done it a few times myself.  As long as your gimbal is still working and not exhibiting any abnormal behavior now, you probably have not hurt it. I now have red "REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT" tags on my gimbal clamps now.

You are going to need a bigger table for a P3 & S1000.

The S-1000 will probably have it's own room.
No flying for the next couple of days,  25 knot winds or more and lots of rain.

I use this thread to ask if someone is so gentle to explain me how to replace gimbal damping rubber...is necessary to break the plastic transparent pin? I would like to test if the zenmuse dumping rubber works better

It is much easier to cut the pins. Even if you were able to lift the locking plate off by bending all the tabs i dont think it would be 100% secured when you put it back together. They were made to be a one time use part. You can get kits from ebay that have extra pins included for cheap and your Phantom came with a few extras.

If you need to fly while you are waiting for the parts you can use zip ties (loosely) in the intrem. They will held her together.
