Received the phantom 4pro for Christmas not sure what I’m doing wrong but got it to fly once now it won’t stay connected to the go 4 app. It connects when cable is hooked directly to drone but disconnects as soon as I unplug it. When I connect it says all firmware is up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ps I’m not as tech savvy as my kids so I may need the “for dummies” explanation. Thanks in advance
