Any one else had no luck getting DJI Care Refresh set up on their
Refirbushed Mavic bought from DJI?
On Christmas day when I activated my Mavic I decided to get the refresh
I got an error msg and was not able to sign up.
I had never used it or opened the box so the 48 hr window was still in play.
The day after Christmas less than 24 hr after activation I did a chat with
Dji no luck at all the op did not seem to understand my problem.
The one reason I did not panic was I had purchased a policy from
State Farm for 60.00 so I guess it was a blessing in disguise.

Hopefully the presure of State Farm policies will make Dji more receptive to fixing the Care Refresh program. You should not have to
Struggle this hard to give them money. Lol.
