Haha...yeah you are absolutely right Wachtberger as I'm still trying to learn how to master Premiere Pro my color grading went to strong, that's another lesson learned, and yes because of the drone legislation the only structures I can shoot are ruins as they usually are abandoned places. This one is quite far away indeed, but as you say, it's more fun and a lot easier to fly there as you do it with peace of mind ;-)

It does make all the difference. There are a handful of places in Southeast England where I fly that are either designated for model aircraft or in the middle of nowhere and yep, it takes the whole 'looking over your shoulder' away I must admit. The Mavic Platinum has really helped with that too given the massive noise reduction from the motors.

Yeah it seems like people react more or less violent depending on the propellers noise level as well as the size of the drone, I can imagine the MPP is awesome that way.

I was flying with my brother-in-law over Christmas and he has the original Mavic - the difference in the noise level is really noticeable. A dog walker was passing by and said to her daughter “oh look, there it is” at my brother in laws Mavic “but where is the other one” - my Platinum was 150’ in front of her 20’ off the ground and she couldn’t hear it or see it. That was the moment when I realised that I made the right choice - amazing drone!
