I tried in a Forest, and my town with clear view but only fly near to 300 m

Going by the  screenshot you are CE not FCC.

Legally how can change? It is normal are in CE?

What is the Please export your flight data and the black box for further analysis. What is the firmware of your drone? Please tell me the model of your mobile device. I would recommend you use the devices in our recommended list. Beside, here are some reminder for your reference:
1. Turn off the bluetooth devices around your spark.
2. Do not shield the antenna of RC

I have the same issue here. CE (Europe rules) even when Mexico obey FCC rules as USA and Canada.
