Hi, how can I delete the files in the hg300 storage folder?  There's a .mov file that I don't see via the DJI GO app.  Also, all the thumbnail from my clips are there.  They don't seem to get delete when I delete the clip.

The only way I see to regain the space is to remove the DJI app and install it again!!!

This need a fix.

Use the clear cache option...

Enter "ME" and the choose for settings by pressing cog-wheel on right corner of the screen...

Thanks Mari but I don't seem to have the same option in Setting. I use the french version of DJI Go for my Osmo mobile gimbal (ios). Also, what is ME?

Oups, just plugged my phone and realize that the hg300 storage folder is still not empty!!!

I found the following thread on this forum, read post #5 in that thread!

iOS is a pain in the **S when it comes to removing/deleting files... with Android you could have removed this folder with every filemanager you could find for Android.


edit: maybe it is better to read the complete thread, on page 2 of it they give more suggestion how to remove this folder or files.
