There is an article in FastCompany that talks about tech trends for 2018.  The last item is a about the use of drones in real estate.

Time to start thinking about getting a UAV Pilot's License so you can charge for services using your drone and pay for your hobby.  (At least in the USA a license is required to provide "for profit" services.)

But how is that news? Real Estate is using drones for years, to get there exposes together.
In the past I mostly saw Phantoms only in use for this feature

We have similar in Australia, however a couple of towns have banned drones altogether, even if you're licensed which has shut the whole industry down overnight (in those towns).     It's being fought...hopefully they win.  

I'm all for regulation (within reason), there are a lot of cowboys out there.  But a blanket ban is ridiculous
