Ever since the 4.1.8 update on dji go 4 I have not been able to download local videos from my iPad or iPhone. I can not figure out what happened. I get a error message that says that videos from I cloud can not be downloaded at this time. WHAT HAPPENED??????   Can anyone help me with this???  

Try using the SD card from the drone.

Jon, did you solve the problem? Please provide the screenshot with the error message and tell me the version of your app.

The new update 4.1.22 seemed to have taken care of it. Everything seems to be working like it should.
