Hello,

I've had my Phantom for a few weeks and had an unfortunate crash that broke one prop and the gimbal has stopped working. I am still able to take pictures and the video still works. The gimbal has not sustained any damage as far as I can see.

I have a green light on the Gimbal(confirmed that it is the gimbal that is beeping) but it keeps beeping every second and will not move. I've checked and rechecked the ribbon and it looks good.
I can also confirm that the shaft from the back plate is still level with the camera.
Also no error from the software assistant and all up to date with firmware.

I've searched online but have not seen anyone else that have the continuous beeping from the gimbal.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I've never been able to locate anything about the beep codes for the gimbal.  The only thing I found even close is a chart describing the LED codes.
