This tb48 battery is nearly fully charged. I noticed that the voltage is abit lower on 2 cells. Is this a problem or can i safely fly with the battery?

You can fly with it but you probably need to cycle it. Discharge the battery right down until it turns off then fully recharge it, then check the voltages again. You should do this every 10-20 charges.

Hey mark! I flew the i1 down to 10% and hower about 50 cm over the ground until i reached 1 % battery left. Left the i1 turned on until i got 0% and then fully charged it. Then i took this screenshoot. I dont know if i can trust it or not. Im fairly new too the i1.

If one ore more cell(s) deviate more than 0.06 V i do not trust the battery anymore.

The app will let you know if it gets worse but I would keep an eye on it anyway. I have been flying with batteries that have been more out of balance than this one without any problems. They can normally be balanced manually if cycling doesn't work but this means partly dismantling them. If it comes to it and you want to have a go at this, let me know and I will talk you through the process.

I have a tb47 battery were the cells are much more uneven. I do not dare to fly with that battery. If you have any tips or a video on how to balance the cells i would love to try it.

You can read some information on this post and I just updated it with a video.
DTK and Mark has one of these harnesses and can speak about how this will work for most batteries. The problem is, I have not been able to get the special connector to continue making these harnesses up right now.

What happens to an unbalance batteries?

if flying, Inspire has a higher chance to land Very fast...and depending on your height depends on top speed it reaches before landing...

What happens to an unbalance batteries?

The intelligent battery circuit is responsible for keeping your batteries heathy. Some manufactures call this the BMS or ""LiPo Battery Management System""    When everything is working, ...all is well.  But DJI has a sealed system which prevents the owner from correcting minor problems. When a battery cells become severely out of balance (for whatever reason) the DJI BMS cannot recover the cell(s).  In my case the battery was new (only 1 charge cycle) and it would not charge up the # 2 cell. What happened is, the #2 cell would stay at 60% charge and all the others would reach near 95%.  The battery could not balance the cells out. Using the method, in the video, I reduced (discharged) the other 5 cells and then slowly charged up the battery cells together using my iCharger.   Also, I might add that my battery was over 6 months old and out of warranty.
Normally when cells start to break down, they will not accept a charge making them unbalanced with the others in the pack. I this case the battery should no longer be used and discarded.

The battery is working perfectly still to this day.

By the way, I saw your setting for critical low battery warning at 20%. This is probably not advisable. Always set it to the lowest level, critical warning will trigger auto-landing, you don't want it happen until you are really desperate and run out of options.
