I'm having trouble updating to the newest firmware on my remote control. It does not offer more than 1.8.0. I tried this on my iPad Mini also on my android unit both are showing same. What should I do how do I acquire the newest firmware 1.9.3? I would appreciate anyone's help or input.

Hi there, may I know what's the current version of the DJI GO 4? I'd suggest update to V1.8.0, then restart and reconnect to see whether the update message pops up.

My version of Dji go 4 is  4.1.22.   Apple I pad mini 4.   

This is a fix I worked out for the Red / Green led issue.  It might help up you forcing the upgrade.

I having the same issue. I have the latest go app as I just downloaded it fro the app store. When I try to update the RC the download will go to 100%, and I get a download failed message. I can't update to 1.8.0.

Any ideas?

Sorry for the late response. Try to hold on the C1, C2, record button and toggle the ISO dial, then turn on the RC and connect with APP. A message of firmware update can be found in the status bar, please try to update to see whether it works.
