Not only do you have to give them a weeks wages to wander through the wonders of the UK they now have drone fear! Like i say i get it.... There are plenty of d*cks with drones!!!

This is a compilation of DJI Spark footages taken during my trip in Bolivia. Unfortunately I fell sick and forgot to check the SD card space before flying on my 3rd day there, hence could only retrieve 720p video footages for some of the clips.. Lesson learnt indeed: Buy higher capacity SD card or format it regularly!

I received my Spark on December 31.  It was -15 degrees F, so I only got to take one small photo in 2017.  It shows the town of Sterling, IL in winter.  Next year's entry will be better.

Here is fun parody video I made with my Mavic Pro.  The legendary opening scene of TOP GUN is re-mastered with exclusive drone footage.  My best work of 2017!   Also, my New Year wishes to DJI is that 2018 be another incredible success year.  May DJI continue lead the drone industry and launch more innovation!

Do you ever fly around the Fels Point area?
I'm from Philly and my wife and I have stayed a few times in that area at a historic hotel. Also, she loves to eat at Phillips Seafood.
I'm a retired freight conductor starting out with Penn Central Railroad and working for 41 years. During the seventies and eighties, I brought many trains to and through Baltimore, headed towards Alexandria, Va.
I was actually on a freight train the morning the plane took off from then Dulles Airport and crashed into the Potomac River. My train was going by while they were pulling bodies from the water and taking them ashore. What a horrible sight!!!!

Hello & thank you.  You must have stayed at Henderson's Wharf or the Admiral Fell Inn?  Both are still there.  

January 13, 1982.  A snowy Wednesday around 4pm.  I remember that day well.  I was sitting in the backup less then a mile from the 14th Street bridge.  We didn't know what had happened until it was reported on the radio.  You couldn't see it as visibility was poor due to the snow.  I remember being stuck there for hours.  Sad day.  There was a fatal train incident on the D.C. metro that same day.

If my memory serves me right, that pilot put the plane in the river in between the 14th St. traffic and railroad bridge. Quite an amazing feat because any other decision would have meant a more terrible disaster than it was.
We were on the 14th St. railroad bridge heading south to Potomac Yard which was the end of the line for us. At that time, it was run by the Richmond Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad which is a long defunct entity.
From there, they would cab us to Union Station and catch a train back to Philly. I can remember making that run many times. One time on the way back to Philly, I was so tired from working 12 hours on the freight run, I woke up in New York City.........lol
The trip back to Philly was just a ride home, so if you were alone, it was so easy to doze off.....lol
