I need help with my phantom 3 4k's focusing, I don't know how to focus the camera and the pictures turn out very dull.

The Phantom 3 4K camera has a fixed focus lens, you cannot alter the focus yourself. The focus is factory set at infinity. It may be that this adjustment is out of whack, but we would have to see a decent shot to see if it was.

That shot is a poor example to judge from, it is under exposed and looks like you got it from the phone or tablet. Upload a shot from the aircraft's SD card to Dropbox if you want us to give you an opinion.

Yes, it looks out of focus, but to be sure, post a copy of this photo to Dropbox. Posting it here causes more compression, we need to see an untouched version.

Hi, try to reset the camera settings, if it doesn't help, please check if the lens is dusty or if there is moisture in the lens. Please refer to Geebax's suggestion, upload the original picture from SD card to Dropbox and paste the link here for the further help if it is the same case. Thank you.
