cool only forgot to show the favelas, the city is beautiful but I do not recommend anyone to visit it, it is one of the most dangerous in Brazil.

Oi, Ricardo! In my opinion, It is not any more unsafe than other cities in South America. Stick to the "rules" and you will be fine. People should definitely go and see the Cidade Maravilhosa.

Dear Ricardo,

You are right, tourists should pay attention to their surroundings and better don't roam around at night too much, but I was in Rio quite often and nothing ever happened. Same goes for Ceara (Fortaleza). Actually I am just uploading more footage (Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Fortaleza, Jericoacara) - stay tuned ;)

P.s.: I am a digital nomad, not living anywhere. Will be back in Brazil for carnival in 4 weeks, luckily ;-)

Is this a CENSORED forum? I tried to publish some safety tips for Rio's visitors (I worked for Rio de Janeiro State tourism office!) but the forum refused to publish it because my post contained "bad information"! It can't be serious!
