My new osmo mobile will not work the gimbal. The bluetooth works and I can use the camera with the stick but not the gimbal. The right light blinks green continually and the left turns blue. With the dji app it says I need to center and level the phone and so when I do and restart it comes up again. What could I do to resolve?

Update: in another thread I found the answer, “ go to setings in the go app then to gimbal and turn off - mobile device check - and then reboot the device.
