I got my Spark for Christmas. Everytime I try to fly since a week ago, I get the error message shown in the picture below. I have relinked my Spark over and over and nothing makes the message go away. When I try to fly is says no image transmission signal. Please somebody help me?!?!?!

Did you tried to reset both aircraft and cotroller and pair them again

The text of the error message is quite clearly telling you what to do, just do it I'd suggest ;-)

You might just check if a button or similar is stuck,  unlikely but I 've known it on other things.

PS you could at least fly with your phone pending repair.

All the FW refreshes in the world won't fix what is clearly a hardware defect - raise a ticket and ship it back to DJI for replacement.
