hi guys,I am new to this group and looking for help with the problem I have.
My zenmus x5 camera is not powering up when i power up the aircraft on the Go ap the camera disconnected message comes up,it does have some power as the green lights up on the camera but its just hanging dead,all gombal motors are not working,i have tried on my osmo same again apart from the fan is running on it and sometimes the focus reacets to the light.I have used it a few weeks ago just before christmass was all working fine. Any idea what happend and can it be fixed any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks

Send it to DJI, they will fix it under warranty.

how old is the X5 ?

Sir, may I know if the issue persists? Did the gimbal work before? When did the issue start? Did you encounter any crash accident or hard landing?
Please check the gimbal connector to see if the PIN is normal.
