Hi There - It has been pretty cold recenlty were I live (between 0 and 25 degrees F).  I would love to send spark up to take some treetop shots behind our house of the snowcapped pines but have read mixed things on the forums about flying Spark in the cold. I understand DJI says you are good above 0 and to keep the batteries warm.

The temps this weekend are going to be about 20 degress so I think I should be good but I have also read some crazy stuff about sparks dropping from the sky in the cold.  I just want to try to avoid trecking out in the woods to fetch her if there is a good chance she will go down.
Has anyone had any recent issues in cold weather?

I was flying this winter more than ten times from  -4 Celsius (25 Fahrenheit) to +5 Celsius, any battery problem.

I hold the second battery in an inner pocket of my jacket and when I'm walking  I transport Spark in an original foam box

Please fly in recommended environment for your drone's safety. We would recommend users warm up there spark in cold weather before flight. I would not recommend you fly below 0°C.

No battery issues jukov?

everything works just fine. Flying time 10 minutes with prop guards and 12 minutes without

be careful not to let your battery temperature decrease too much, hold them in inner pockets

But I was flying just plus minus around zero Celsius, never ever deep bellow

After take off you may wait for 10- 20 seconds, just hovering. Like with car, you are not going to full throttle just after start
