From the site , the warranty periods is just one year...

From Europe and my Italia the warranty period value 2 years...

From Dji customer care, NONE have give me a reply for the warranty periods....all are confuesed!  A man talk me yes, anotjer me talk me no is not possible.

From the site is not possible open a case due end of first year warranty.

The last words of policy warranty , show me that the warranty may be are differend because depend where you life ( europe)

Italinand europe, like spain,I know  2 years.

But just on the site dji repair are recognised only 1 year

As OP has correctly indicated EU has different Warranty period to RoW (Rest of World) ...

Trouble is many International based Companys rely on the fact that many EU residents are not aware of this and insist on their Warranty terms.

Did you know that EU actually states up to 6 years for certain warranty conditions ?
EU states a period of automatic refund if customer dissatisfied for reasonable cause ?

The biggest trouble is that to get many companys to accept EU rules on such is a hard slog and many people just give up.

In EU - there are specific departments set up to advise and handle such matters - Trading Standards in UK for example. Its best to contact the respective Standards in your country and verify exact rulings.

Last point - if you buy your item from outside your country - then usually you are only covered by the warranty conditions of the country of sale. ie If you buy from China and have it shipped to EU - then China rules apply.
