Hello, I have a new mavic pro, and the second compass calibration failed 9 of 10 times, any advices?

Try refreshing your firmware and make sure you are away from metal objects including smart watches etc when you calibrate. Do it outside if you can.

Hi there, like Anthony566 mentioned, try to refresh the latest firmware of the drone, calibrate the compass in an open place, keep away from the magnetic interference. "if you can" ???  ONLY calibrate it outside, in the clear, away from all metal objects.

Don't forget that placing your drone on a driveway can cause issues with a compass calibration.

Rebar is used in many driveways and will interfere with the calibration.

Try a park lawn before you do any updates, change one thing at a time.
Last resort, update firmware???
