Hello Blaine, please send us the S/N (at the bottom of the Phantom or the packing box) which is beginning with PH, we will check your QR code and MAC address in our system accordingly.
If the S/N does not show up at the phantom’s bottom, please send us the S/N on the gimbal camera which will help as well. Thanks! |
