Ronin Issue - Remote/Assistant App will not connect

Hi all,

I've contacted the retailer I purchased the Ronin from last week, however I thought I would see if anyone else is having any issues.

Last week the Ronin worked perfectly out of the box with both remote and app. However yesterday the Ronin went out on its first commercial job and then   just seemed to freeze after 10 minutes.

The app takes ages to connect, and then if it does manage to conect, it doesn't receive live date or actually connect. The whole unit also locks up facing forward and will not allow any input from the remote.

Yesterday the remote would not work with the Ronin for 90% of the day, and this morning it seems to just work fine... But the app will not connect. All worrying and unpredictable issues that you do not want while shooting.

Anyone got any ideas?

PS - Can multiple people have the app on their phone and control the same ronin? (Obviously not at the same time, just different jobs on different days)
