Guys. just got back from a skiing holiday, with a broken drone.

The arm has snapped off.

any ideas how much this will be to repair / where to send it.

i live in the UK, STOKE. and i dont have DJI refresh. i know. ..

Contact dji support start a case they will arrange shipping your spark will go to Netherlands should take 7/10 days to repair.

Sorry to read about the crash accident, please fill in online repair request form in our website and the shipping label will be sent to you if your location is qualified.Once local repair team receives the drone, the invoice will be sent to you after evaluation.

I had a similar crash, needed a new motor, bottom half of body, and light for the motor. It came to $200 for parts and labour in Canada. I sent to an authorized shop not DJi cause they had a faster turn around time

I broke the arm off my Mavic the other month and sent it to Heliguy in the UK they were really good, quick and painless service. And they are DJI verified

Actually a Loctite SuperGlue 795/796 will do the job perfectly but then if it is under warranty, you can give it to DJI

that is some extensive damage !.  I am surprised super glue worked there
In your case I would recommend using the M-Seal or QUICK Fix Steel which is very premium product and cheap too.

It is under Warrenty ?. Is it free if under Warrenty ?.

For somebody, yes, for some no ;-) .. On youtube is lot of videos how to and according to the video it can handle anyone who does not have both hands left ..
