My DJI Spark crashlanded after I fortunately managed to guide it somewhat home after a well know fault in these products with compass errors and atti mode.
And now I cant access any flight data to see what exactly went wrong. Everytime I try to download it, it stops like on the picture and nothing happens before the Sparks battery is empty and everything have to be done again. And yes I have tried to update DJI assistant to the newest and also attempted a re install of the assistant.

Every time I try to download, nothing happens after I have pressed "confirm" on the data upload page. It just starts spinning as if trying to load something. But then nothing happens.

Sir, please ensure that your download the latest version of DJI Assistant 2. Or you can try to change a computer for check.
