So this beta version has been around since at least 28 April 2018.... that is now 6 months ago and still no offical release. Why not? For all of us that have been waiting for 6 months now for an official release are we actually ever going to get one or is this thread just going to go on forever with beta requests? Susan? What is the official news on this matter? Also, does using the beta void the warranty? Also can I private msg you my email account address instead of in a public forum?

i have enough!
after MONTHS of waiting and the beta disaster i quit. i continue run the hacked firmware i am using and forget the stupid pano function.
dji make good drones. but customer service...aaaaaw boy i am annoyed for years. nothing changed! the same excuses and answers here in forum all the time "we apologize for your inconvenience blabla, forwarding to our technitians blabla..."
i feel i talk to robots here and i am happy that i never need to do admins job for the DJI disaster forum.
NOTHING happens for months. cant wait my P4 advanced plus fall from the sky and give me a reason to buy another brands drone.

Hi PandaFlyingcat, we're sorry for keep you waiting. I'm afraid that the pano will be only available in the beta firmware for now. If you need this feature, we'd like to help you get the beta. Alternatively, you can stitch it with third-party software on PC. Sorry for this.
