I'm in doubt we will see a functional OTG connection very soon.

As an EU user, I'm able to achieve with android phone 70-90 meter distance. As I believe, after reading posts here, both Crystalsky or Apple phone or Apple tablet would help a lot - they would connect with RC using 5.8 GHz and flying distance would increase up to 300 meters.

Does anybody have a negative experience using iPhone/ iPad with RC in EU?

The last question is - 5.5 inches Crystalksy or 7.2 inches iPad 4 mini?  Which one of them would you suggest?

If your main reason for flying drone I recommend to use crystal sky at least you get a brighter screen

IOS tends to be a better operating system with DJI GO 4 than Android but CrystalSky is fully dedicated, made by DJI and the brightness is exceptional from what I've read. The choice is yours.

I would choose the ipad mini unless screen brightness is most important.
Because it’s easier to handle and can be used for so much more,
The cs needs additional power supply, holder (and a cable?)  and there are barely no android apps for it.

Hi, sir. If you want to fly outdoor with strong sunshine, CS will be a good choice. But IPad mini is easier to carry. I believe you can find out the one you prefer to. Thanks for your support.
