My Spark does not show up on my flight log. I aquired it used, and thought I had removed the previous owners details, but it does not show up on my log. My other drones show on it, I am perplexed, hope someone can help?

Sir, please ensure that you log in your DJI Account. And you need to sync the flight records so that you can view the history of your flight in another devices. Here is the video of syncing the flight records:
