ciao, da oggi ho questo problema, il telecomando è collegato alla rete wifi, ma mi dà questo errore quando premo cantare. Ho provato a fare hotspot con il telefono ma sempre lo stesso errore. Il drone e il radiocomando sono aggiornati all'ultima versione del software. Qualcuno sa come aiutarmi? tk

WiFi works. since 7 hours the sing in does not work. I'll try tomorrow.

Also not working for my P4P+ it will not allow me to login...

I am experiencing the same issue in Sofia, Bulgaria. The local DJI representative is clueless. But inassume it is s9me kind of server problem with their server and i just have to wait.

I contacted support dji explaining the problem, I hope they solve as soon as possible!

Me too guys. Bought today. Had a real go at the advisor. It sems to have been happening for over a year now! Pull your finger out dji. We have spent thousands!!!

Seems like the DJI servers have been down a lot since Christmas. Maybe because they sold a bazillion drones for Christmas presents?

I am having the same problem, cannot login to GO 4. I just downloaded and installed an update to my crystal sky, so I know the internet connection in fine. I couldn't login before the update and cannot login now.
I have a mavic pro platinum. and crystal sky 7.85 ultrabrite. Pretty useless right now.

I am having the same problem here in Germany. I´m trying since several hours to set up my phantom pro+, but no change. My wifi is ok for sure. I am very disappointed, because I paid a lot of money for the phantom.

I asked the online support and they told me that it has made the marking of the problem. try to get to the support

Hi all, this issue is fixed now, please try to log in again, it should work now. Sorry again for the trouble you all have been caused.

I received my Phantom Pro + 2 days ago and have spent the following 2 days trying to resolve this same issue.  Imagine, brand new out of the box and I have a very expensive paper weight.  I should blame myself for this problem.."BUYER BEWARE".  I should have visited this forum before buying.  I imagine I'll have to fight with DJI to get my money back.

Assuming this issue is resolved, when going out in the field with your phantom pro in an area with no wi-fi access hows does one connect the remote controller to the aircraft??  Is it necessary to "SIGN IN" every time you want to fly??

No you don’t have to sign in every time you fly, just sign in once, if your travelling just make sure before you leave WiFi area you are signed in, for example fact that your on this forum you are already signed in and that’s enough.

Thank you, hallmark007 for that explanation.  What a strange way for a remote controller to work, I cannot fathom why the remote is not a stand a lone device.  Sure hope I don't get into the wrong page in settings and have this thing want to call home when I'm not WI-FI enabled!!

You should try to download last version of DJI GO 4 from appmirror.com. My that Google Play gives you older version which is not supportet yet. It was my problem. Now it works.

I was able to sign on today. Thank you DJI

Having the same kind of problem here in Nigeria, network is fine but its not connecting to the server in order to download the resource file

It's July 2 2018 and I've had network connectivity message for 5 days straight.  Thought it was my office wifi but same message popped when I brought it home.  So frustrating.  I can't do anything since it's asking me to sign in or register only.   I can't get to any other screen.   

Has anyone found a workaround?

Did you connect your controller to the wifi?

Drag down from top of display, tap the settings gear icon. Tap Wifi section and configure your network.
