Why cant I import files from my DJI mavic pro into video studio x10

I not use Studio X10 from a long time ago, but you record the files in .mov or .mp4? both is accepted by Studio X10? In the past only accepted .mp4, to open .mov was necessary install Quicktime.

I record in the default MOV file format. I have the newest version of corel but it's just a trial. Not going to buy it if I can't get it working.

Check if this version can import .mov directly or you need install the Quicktime also. Also you can change the format on Mavic to record as .mp4 and make a short test to see if this format is imported correctly.

Will MP4 still produce the same quality as the MOV?

Yes, both use the same compression standards. Make your test and compare. But if you prefer use .mov, try installing Quicktime first to check if this fix your problem.

This was the fix. MOV file from Mavic and corel dont go well together. MP4 imported no problem.
