mavic pro - visual sensor not functioning

Hi.


I received my brand new Mavic Pro yesterday and after charged drone and rc, removed layers of sensors, compass calibrated... etc.. Right before I takeoff, a message appeared in upper left DJIGO4: Visual sensor error..

I downloaded DJI Assistant 2 and when I start to calibrate the sensor, I noticed that right one not functioning, its greyed (the left its normal).
Its a BRAND NEW Drone.. the box of delivery is fine, not crashed... I mean.. its new!

What is the next step I need to take?
Please, need help.

Have you contacted the seller. Unfortunately you are going to have to send it back or send it in for repair.

Have you tried a different computer. Dji assistant 2 play well with some computer and no so much with others. Especially when it comes to the vision sensors.

I tried W10, 8 and 7. Same problem.
I opened a ticket with DJI to see what happens. Here in Brazil, this drone (and each imported product) costs a lot, trust me. And I dont want lose 'the' Money.

Return to retailer for a refund / new unit. Hurry! a DJI repair = a refurbished unit and 2-3 month wait.
