Ive tried to use the DJI assistant 2 but cant find the calibration section.

There isn't any.

The VPS and obstacle avoidance sensor calibration in Assistant 2 is only available on the Mavic series and up and not on the Spark. All remaining calibrations (RC sticks, IMU, compass) is done via the app. You also can not calibrate the gimbal on the Spark, just the other models.

You can't and you don't need to as far as I can say. They will just do their job. And in general you shouldn't calibrate anything on Spark unless it tells you or when there are serious malfunctions.

To calibrate, take a microfiber or lens brush to clean the sensor covers before flight. Like others have said, you can't calibrate vision sensors on the Spark.

If they are not working you should open a case with DJI support.

You don't need to calibrate the front sensor of the spark as it is using infrared structured light projection as opposed to other DJI drones that uses point cloud stereoscopic imaging

Swapero, please tell me the reason that you want to calibrate the vps. Please note that you can calibrate the IMU and compass in the app. Any error message from your app?

No error msg.  My spark fly perfectly except for the front vision sensor is not working, Its working previously. im almost 5 inch away in front on my drone but it does not stop move away or beep. It says on the app "13 FEET" however im only inches away from my drone. think its kinda dangerous. It previously crashed and your wonderful customer service denied my claim. So i just went to a known drone repair shop. No parts replacement they just cleaned the drone but after few flights ive noticed that the vision sensor is not working. SO AGAIN IM ON MY OWN GATHERING INFORMATIONS OR "HELP" i can get.

tried turning off/on the obs avoiddance. upgrading and downgrading firmware/app. I even sacrificed an adult goat to the old gods and the new but nothing happens

Tried .701 and 4.1.15?

latest firmware and app then downgraded to 701 and  4.1.15

That sucks!

Are you flying in Sports mode as this disables the obstacle avoidance.?

forward infrared vision sensor error by spark

I have had the same problem for more than 3 months and DJI does not give me any solution. Are you waiting for the warranty period to pass? and they do not give solution to this problem in any post of the whole forum. or do you already have some solution?
