Hi my crystal sky has stopped showing the spark remote WiFi network , it shows all the local WiFi networks but not the remote one. I can see it on my iPhone and iPad, any ideas ?

Hi Sir, any chance the Spark is connected by other mobile device when you connect to CrystalSky?
Have you tried to reset the CrystalSky to factory default in Settings?

I only ever fly with my CS, its been working fine until yesterday when I couldn't connect my remote. I done a factory reset on the CS but that made no difference. seems strange that the remote shows up on my IOS and my laptop.

Thanks for the video, have you tried to reset WIFI of RC to see if it helps?
Press and hold the power button of the remote controller for 9 seconds until hearing a toning sound like “DDD” and the Wi-Fi will be reset.

I got it all sorted, I had to unlink the remote from the spark and re link them, now it’s all working fine again.
